Cancellation Policy

Action Rafting Co. has the right to cancel any trip, at any time, due to extreme weather conditions or water flow. If Action Rafting Co. cancels your trip, all money will be refunded to you.

River trip refund policy -
50% refund of the deposit amount for cancellations made 15 days prior to river trip.
NO refund on deposit collected, for cancellations 1-14 days prior to river trip.
NO Shows are liable for the entire cost of the river trip as reserved.

To our customers. Please understand our business is seasonal with a limited number of working days. We must be consistent with our cancellation policy due to costs incurred by Action Rafting Co. As reservations are made, and our days fill up, we have to turn away potential clients, which means a potential loss in revenue. If you book with Action Rafting Co., and then cancel your river trip, often times we are unable to refill those reservations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Action Rafting Co. provides a liability release and assumption of risk form that must be signed by all participants prior to rafting.
