Upper Wenatchee River – Take-Out
Action Rafting Co. will meet you at our river take-out. Our take-out is not labeled with signs.

From Steven’s Pass: Drive Hwy. 2 East to Coles Corner / Lake Wenatchee.
Turn North onto Hwy 207.
Drive approx. 3.5 miles, looking for the Plain/Wenatchee sign.
Turn Rt., towards Plain, onto Beaver Valley Rd.
Drive approx. 5 miles, you will cross the "Plain River" bridge, drive 200 ft and turn left onto a dirt road. You should see our Action Rafting Co. bus on the side of the road.

If you drive around the sharp curve or past the reduced speed 30 mph sign, you have gone too far. Turn around and drive back towards bridge. Dirt road will be on your Rt. approx. 200 feet before you cross the bridge.

From Hwy 97 and Eastern Washington: Drive Hwy. 2 West into Leavenworth. Take a right onto Chumstick Canyon. Drive the beautiful scenic country road for approximately 14 miles or 20-30 minutes. This road has many turns, please drive carefully. As you enter the town of Plain, the road bends to the right. Continue driving for .5 miles and you will come to a left bend in the road, stay left driving for approx. .2 miles. Turn Rt. onto a dirt road. You should see our Action Rafting Co. bus on the side of the road.
If you drive across the "Plain River" bridge, you have gone too far. Turn around, drive across the bridge and look for a dirt road 200 feet up and on your left.
